1. Our services

MashResume offers human-assisted resume writing, resume updates, cover letters, and related writing support. Our work involves reviewing the information you provide and preparing or improving career documents. We are not an employer, recruiter, employment agency, or job-placement service.

2. Requests and quotes

Submitting our contact or resume request forms is an inquiry only. It is not an order and does not obligate you to purchase anything. Before paid work starts, we'll communicate the proposed scope, price, estimated timeline, and any revision arrangements. You may choose whether to accept.

We may decline requests that are outside our capabilities, require inaccurate claims, or cannot be reasonably completed on agreed terms.

3. Payment

For an accepted project, payment arrangements are communicated separately and may be made using PayPal. Please make payments only using instructions sent by MashResume after you approve a quote. We do not ask for payment card information on this website.

Any applicable taxes, additional work charges, or changes to scope should be discussed before they are charged.

4. Delivery, revisions, and changes

Deliverables, file formats, target dates, and revision scope are determined case by case and confirmed in writing. Estimated timelines can depend on the completeness of the information provided, communication, and project complexity. If the requested scope changes, we'll discuss any effect on price or timing.

Please review the final document carefully for accuracy before using it in an application.

5. Information and your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate, lawful details about your background and for reviewing the final materials. Please do not submit information that you do not have permission to share or ask us to invent credentials, education, work history, or other material facts.

After applicable project payment is completed, you may use your completed custom documents for your personal job search. Pre-existing templates, tools, and third-party rights, where applicable, remain with their respective owners.

6. Results, limitations, and consumer rights

We do not guarantee interviews, hiring decisions, a particular ATS score, compensation, or employment outcomes. Employers and recruitment platforms make their own decisions. Our Service Disclaimer explains more.

Cancellation and refunds are addressed in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
