THE DETAILS

Refunds & cancellations.

We'd rather make expectations clear before any paid work begins.

Because resume writing is a personalized service, the best way to avoid misunderstandings is to agree on the scope, price, deliverables, timing, and revision arrangements before payment.

1. Before placing an order

Contacting MashResume and submitting a resume request are free and do not create a paid order. We provide a quote for your review before you decide whether to proceed.

2. Cancelling before work begins

If you've paid but substantive work has not begun, you may ask to cancel. We generally offer a full refund of the service fee in this situation. Any nonrecoverable third-party processing fees will be addressed only where permitted by applicable law and the agreed terms.

3. Cancelling once work has begun

If work has already started, contact us promptly. We will consider the work completed, costs incurred, the agreed scope, and applicable law in determining whether a partial refund or another reasonable resolution is appropriate. A full refund may not be available for work already performed.

4. After delivery

Once custom work has been delivered, change-of-mind refunds are generally not offered for properly completed services, subject to applicable consumer rights. If something doesn't match the agreed scope, please let us know so that we can review the concern and any revisions or remedies required under the agreement or law.

If MashResume cannot complete an accepted order, we will discuss a fair resolution, including a refund for the portion of services not provided.

5. How to request a cancellation or refund

Use the contact page and include the email used for your request, the services purchased, and a short explanation. Payment refunds, when applicable, will generally be returned through the original PayPal transaction, subject to PayPal's processing procedures.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws or PayPal's dispute process.
